Yes. A Dlink-650 - NE2000 compatible.

I don't think it would make a difference if it was a multipurpose card or
just a modem card.

PS: I am HAPPILY running Win95a - Opera 3.6 for a browser - on a compressed
80MB CF card with both PCMCIA slots available, and a better battery life.
