[pc110] Large flash cards on the PC110?

Has anyone interfaced a "large capacity" (150MB or greater) ATA flash card
to the PC110? SanDisk advertises a 150MB flash card in PC-CARD Type II format,
plus a 300MB card in PC-CARD Type III. But, can these be used as boot devices
on the PC110? A related question; is there any sort of "adapter" by which
one could interface a PC-CARD flash card via the PC110's CF slot rather than
tying up one (or both) of the PC-CARD slots?
