I had this problem initially because the BIOS and bits of PC110 dont agree
what order the drives are in. I set my machine to boot floppy, hard disk,
and then flash drive and I think that sorted it.

If you want to be able to boot with or without the disk in you have to put
lilo on the 4Mbyte flash and boot off that. Otherwise lilo cant find its other
blocks because the device numbering keeps changing

The other pain with this is the picoflash cards. The PC110 really does not
like booting with hard disk , pico flash and internal flash all configured.
It'll boot fine onto picoflash and then putting the hard disk in makes it
beep happily and pcmica services loads the HD, but doing it all at boot
confuses the bios and it all chokes
