Not to my knowledge. There is a file of approximate translations of the
japanese AT+V voice command set (some funny ones in there too). The actual
voice file format is weird. The PC110 comes with a toy for converting those
files but I've not figured it out. A newer modem like that 33.6 card probably
changes it too.
