The Red Hat disks are in images. The Debian ones are nicely pointed to
by the Readme files on the CD. You can do an entire debian install by floppy
if you are masochistic enough. Debian works fine on a PC110, my wife loaded
it onto one yesterday to play with.

You probably dont have enough memory for the pretty GUI installers.
