The BIOS only sets up one slot as the standard IDE emulation, so you
effectively pull the disk out and reinstall it elsewhere. This does work
if you boot without a hard disk in as the disk is then PCMCIA managed and
swappable but you need to unmount before removing it currently.

It also seems to throw the APM because the BIOS will sit around trying
to shutdown a drive that moved.
