According to my contact in IBM yes. The PC110 isnt powerful enough to run
windows 95 properly (remember the 20Mb PC110 isnt an official IBM thing).
They wouldn't say if the planned a more powerful future machine.

The letters are all in the right place, the symbols mostly. If you've
ever seen some of the old Epson machinea that have "[" before enter
on the right with shifted form { and the key below being ] shifted } then
that is the .jp keyboard layout. There are also a couple of extra funny
shift keys and strange symbols on the keys for typing in Japanese which
you can ignore.

If you do get a Libretto then let me know how that behaves with Linux
